Brief description:
The story begins in the not-too-distant future. The world is on the brink of collapse. Natural disasters, prolonged periods of rain, and a planetary shield on the verge of failing—these are just a few of the unfolding crises. Governments promised to take action, yet they continue to wage war over power and possessions, just as they always have. Supposedly, teams of researchers are working on a solution, but not everyone believes them. Joe, a curious hacker, manages to steal a NASA spacecraft and—more by chance than design—travels to a distant galaxy. There, he experiences many adventures and makes new friends, but above all, he discovers the solution to save Earth from destruction. Yet, will he share this knowledge with the very governments he so deeply distrusts?
About me:
I was born in 1974 in Issum-Sevelen and grew up in an ordinary working-class family. After completing my training as an industrial mechanic, I retrained as an IT specialist in application development. Today, I work as a machine operator for a large company. My hobbies include writing—specifically poetry, though I write that only for my wife. In early 2026, I began songwriting, focusing primarily on the hard rock genre. I use AI to create song demos based on my lyrics, and I think the results are impressive. I enjoy jogging, and my favorite radio station is Radio BOB. I developed a passion for writing because I wanted to tell my two children bedtime stories and preserve them on paper. I write stories for children, as well as novels in genres such as fantasy, sci-fi, and others.

Über mich:
Ich bin 1974 in Issum/ Sevelen geboren und in einer normalen Arbeiterfamilie aufgewachsen. Nach einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker kam noch eine Umschulung zum Fachinformatiker im Bereich der Anwendungsentwicklung hinzu. Heute bin ich als Maschinenführer in einem Großunternehmen tätig. Meine Hobbies sind schreiben, u.a. auch Gedichte, doch die eigentlich nur für meine Frau. Seit anfang 2026 habe ich mit Songwriting angefangen, überwiegend für das Genre Hardrock. Ich erstelle mit hilfe von KI aus meinen Texten Songs als Beispiel und ich finde, die Ergebnisse können sich sehen lassen. Ich gehe gerne joggen. Mein Lieblingsradiosender ist Radio BOB. Meine Leidenschaft zum Schreiben, habe ich entwickelt, weil ich meinen beiden Kindern Geschichten zum Einschlafen erzählen wollte, und diese auch auf Papier festhalten wollte. Ich schreibe Geschichten für Kinder, aber auch Romane wie Fantasie, Sci-Fi und andere.
